# 2.2 Structures

As we have shared, the land that you have claimed is a basic land plot. It must be activated and upgraded to have utility beyond just being an NFT that you can sell for profit. Hence we are introducing Structures one by one as our ecosystem develops. 

1. House: This will be the very first structure that is available and functioning for your land
   * [ ] House level 0 will appear upon upgrading land level 0 to land level 1
   * [ ] Cost to upgrade land level 0 --> 1 : 1000 $EXP
   * [ ] House will enable your staked Scholarz to get 1 weight claim on Endowment Fund by upgrading to level 1
   * [ ] Cost to upgrade House level 0 --> 1 : 1000 $EXP
   * [ ] Completion time: 1 day
   * [ ] House level can be upgraded further for bigger claim weight on Endowment Fund, additional homework(TBA) or dashboard features, and Piggybank 
   * [ ] There will be an upgradable piggybank for Scholarz Saving Plan (TBA)
2. Other structures will be revealed as we go, but to give you some clues: Shop, Lab, School, and Others
